  • What determines the final price of my order?

  • What is your turnaround time?
    • 7-10 business days.
    • Your lead time will be discussed during the quoting and order placement phase for your project.

  • Can an order be printed quickly, if necessary?

  • What items can be printed?
    • We can print on almost any wearable material, towels, or fabrics made of cotton or polyester and nylon.

  • How many colors can be printed per design?
    • We can print up to six colors per imprint location.
    • There are several artwork techniques to increase the number of perceived colors in a print.
    • Some materials/products have limitations on how many colors can be imprinted.

  • Can I print on various shirt colors?
    • Yes, as long as the same ink colors can be used on all tee shirts.
    • If you need to change ink colors or inverse the screen that can also be done but additional charges will apply.

  • Why do dark shirts cost more?
    • Depending on the artwork, the process to imprint logos on darker garments requires extra production steps which results in increased costs.

  • Can I print my logo on a variety of garments?
    • Yes, but if other setups or jigs are required additional charges may apply.

  • Do you print on jackets?
    • Yes but there are limitations on this product. We recommend embroidery for jackets.

  • Do we Screen Print on hats?
    • No, we recommend embroidery for hats.

  • Do you do athletic numbering or lettering?
    • Yes! We can do names and numbers in many different colors.

  •  How accurate is the emailed color proof?
    • The emailed colors will not necessarily be accurate due to the color calibration on your monitor/printer.
    • PMS (pantone) colors will be listed on your viewable file when appropriate.

  • Are there any discounts on reorders?
    • Our pricing structure is based on volume imprints per design on every order.

  • How should I wash my screen printed T?
    • Follow the washing instructions on the manufactures tag.
    • Also, turn the t-shirt inside out when washing and drying.
    • Pay attention to appropriate water temperature and drying temperature.
